Grower Accounting

NS-4769 Added an Item Record View and Item Attributes to Grower Accounting 

We have added a new Grower Accounting Item Record View to enable users to add new and update existing ticket items as well as add attributes to these items. The record view Properties tab contains the following properties:

  • Item – displays a textbox to enter an Item name, this must be unique
  • Item Description – displays a textbox to enter a description for the item, this must be unique
  • Crop – Displays a lookup of all Crops setup in the Crops master file
  • Item Type – Displays a lookup of the Item Types
  • Attribute Class – Displays a lookup of all the Attribute Classes for the new attribute type “Grower Accounting Items”

The record view Attributes tab will display a list of all available attributes for the given class.

The Ticket Items List View has been updated with the following:

  • Item – will display a hyperlink that will open the record view for the associated item
  • New button – this will now open a blank record view to create a new ticket item
  • Attributes have been added to the end of the list view, these columns are not in the System View

Fisherman Accounting

NS-4944 Added new columns to the Process Interest Charges grid

The following columns have been added to the Process Interest Charges grid.  These columns were added to make it as easy as possible to audit interest amounts and all of the fishermen who are included and excluded from interest charges.

  • Eligible – displays Yes if the account is eligible (not excluded from the specified adjustment transaction class), or No if the account is not eligible (has been excluded from the specified adjustment transaction class). When the account is not eligible no balances will be displayed and the interest amount will not be editable.
  • Includes Calculated Interest – displays Yes when there is calculated interest for an account, otherwise displays No.
  • Includes Interest Amount – displays Yes when there is an interest amount for an account, otherwise displays No.
  • Amount Edited – displays Yes if the interest amount is different to the calculated interest amount, otherwise it is blank.

NS-4926 Fixed an issue preventing users from unapplying transactions from Cash Receipts

Previously, users were not able to unapply a transaction from the Cash Receipt Record View.
