Inventory

NS-4883 Added a new Inventory As Of Inquiry

We have added a new inquiry called the Inventory As Of Inquiry which allows users to view inventory balances as of a particular date and export to Excel.  Users can filter and choose one or many sites, owners and enter an “As Of Date” summarized by the following options:

  • Inventory Lot which is a summary of the Item, Production Batch, Site, Warehouse Lot and Owner

  • Item which is a summary of the Item and Site

  • Item and Warehouse Lot which is a summary of the Item, Site and Warehouse Lot ID

  • Item and Owner which is a summary of the Item, Owner and Site

  • Item, Owner and Warehouse Lot which is a summary of the Item, Site, Owner and Warehouse Lot

The default view consists of the following columns:

  • Site

  • Item

  • Production Batch

  • Warehouse Lot

  • On Hand Units

  • Unit UOM

  • On Hand Weight

  • Weight UOM

The following columns are not in the system view but can be added to a custom view:

  • Cost Group

  • Actual Cost

  • Standard Cost

  • Market Cost

  • Lower of Cost or Market Cost

  • Extended Actual Cost

  • Extended Standard Cost

  • Extended Market Cost

  • Extended Lower of Cost or Market Cost

  • Date Produced

  • Year Produced

  • Owner Name

  • Summarize By

  • As Of Date

  • Item Attributes

NS-5013 Fixed an issue with holds not clearing on voided/replaced AP Transactions

Previously, if an AP Invoice or Credit Memo was placed on hold and subsequently voided but existed on a payment batch, the user was unable to delete the transaction from the batch.  We have added a message stating “Transactions on an open Payment Batch cannot be voided” in the Void page when a user tries to void a transaction that is on a payment batch.
