NS-2429 Added Site to the New Commodity Ticket Page

A new field ‘Site’ was added to the New Commodity Ticket page. The site defaults to the Default Site defined in the module preferences, but the field is editable. The drop-down menu displays all active sites configured in the system.

NS-2453 Added Mass Update Toolbar Icon to the Tickets List View

A new toolbar icon ‘Mass Update’ was added to the Tickets list view. This toolbar icon allows users to update the status of several tickets simultaneously from the list view.

NS-2459 Added a New Column to the Commodity Items List View

A new column ‘Item Type’ was added to the Commodity Items list view. This field is not required when creating new or updating existing Commodity Items.

NS-2493 Updated the ‘Received on Date’ Validation on Transfer Records

The ‘Received on Date’ validation on Inventory Transfer Transactions was updated to run when the transfer transaction record is saved as ‘Approved’ and ‘Ready to Post’ to allow users to add a ‘Ship Via’ site to imported transfer transactions.

Sales Programs

NS-2456 Updated ‘Paid off Date’ to Populate from the Host System

The Host system integration was updated to populate the ‘Paid Off Date’ in the Broker Activity Inquiry. The field displays the date the invoice was recorded to be fully paid in the Host system.

NS-2427 Added a New Validation to All Record Views

A new validation was added to all record  views to prompt a message for the user, if another user saved changes to the record while the user had the record open. The message is also displayed, when a user has a record open in 2 tabs/windows and tries to save the record in both tabs/windows without reloading the record between the saves. The message “This record has been changed by UserName. Please close and open the record again to make sure you have the newest version." is displayed on save.

NS-2492 Fixed Posted CP Ticket Status to Update in NorthScope

Previously, Commodity Procurement Tickets that were posted in the Host system, were not updated in NorthScope accordingly and the tickets were displayed as ‘Ready to Post’ even though they were posted.  The issue is now fixed and posted tickets are updated in NorthScope accordingly.

NS-2491 Fixed Truncation Issue on the Workflow Group Sites Grid

Previously, when the Workflow Group Sites grid had more than 50 rows, the page was partly truncated and this prevented users from changing the grid pages. The issue is now resolved. Note: Due to framework limitation, the footer navigation icons are still partially truncated, but this does not prevent users from navigating between pages.

NS-2470 Fixed Transfer Receipt Record Lot Assignment Issue

Previously, users were receiving an error message when an item on a Transfer Receipt record was distributed to multiple warehouse lots. The issue is now fixed.

Logistics

NS-2462 Fixed Saved Grid Layouts for LM Load Record View

Due to a bug, the customized grid layouts were not working for Logistics Load record views as expected. The issue is fixed now and users can create and save customized grid layouts without issues.

Sales Order

NS-2488 Fixed Units and Weight Conversions on Sales Order Transactions

Due to a bug, the unit-weight conversion was not working as expected on Sales Order Transactions when an item had allocated quantities. When a user changed the ‘Ord. Units’, the ‘Ord.Weight’ was not updated as expected and the user had to manually update the Weight value. The issue is now fixed. 

NS-2497 Fixed ‘Find an Invoice’ Page to Accept Decimals

Previously, the Units andWeight fields on the Return and Price Adjustment ‘Find an Invoice’ page did not accept decimals. The issue is now fixed and users can enter unit and weight quantities with decimals.
