New Feature! NS-4815 & NS-5123 Added links for online help to pages within NorthScope

A new ‘Help’ icon has been added to the header toolbar on NorthScope pages that are documented in the new online help. Clicking on the icon will open the corresponding help page in a new browser tab. This icon is only visible on pages that are documented in the online help. As of this release, only the master file list views for all functional areas except Inventory and Sales have been completed. Each future release will include more pages that contain the help icon as more pages are updated in the online help.

NS-4605 Updated the error message on several Integration procedures

For NorthScope installations that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP, users were occasionally receiving integration error messages that were blank. These have been updated to provide meaningful information.

NS-5062 Upgraded the Telerik Framework that controls List Views and Inquiries

The latest release of Google Chrome broke the ability for users to move columns and create saved grid layouts. As a result, the Telerik framework within NorthScope was updated to the latest version which restored this capability.

Until you can upgrade NorthScope to this release, or a newer release, you can switch the web browser used to open NorthScope to the Microsoft Edge Browser.

Inventory

NS-4667 Added a new “Production Batch Date” column to the Transaction History Lot Inquiry

A new column labeled “Production Batch Date” has been added to the ‘Transaction History – Lot’ Inquiry. This column displays the ‘Batch Date’ from the Production Batch assigned to the Inventory lot. This column has been added to the system view.
