Load Management

NS-5949 Updated Load Orders to include an editable Sequence field

We added the ability to enter the “Seq” number to re-sequence sales orders on the Load record view. The sequence will default to multiples of 10 (i.e. 10, 20, 30, etc.) and will be automatically generated when users click the “Build Loads” button. If a Load has three orders, for example, users will be able to move line 30 between lines 10 and 20 by entering "15" for the “Seq” number. On Save, new sequence numbers display again in multiples of 10, so that the former Seq 30 (user keyed as 15) will be the new Seq 20 and the former Seq 20 will be the new Seq 30.

Note: Users will no longer be able to re-sequence sales orders using the drag and drop functionality. That functionality was slower, and it was a “drag” to use anyways.

 

Bug Fixes

Load Management

NS-5961 Updating Load Status changed Sales Order Status

We fixed an issue where saving a Load that contained a sales order in Approved, Ready to Post or Posted status would inadvertently reset the sales order status back to “Shipped”. The Load record view should only ever move sales order statuses forward, not backward.
