NS-6193 Updated Report deletion rules and ability to remove reports from the Reports page and Print Dialog window

Have a Report that you want to delete? We got you covered. If you want to delete a report that is not a System Report, clicking the Delete button will display a confirmation message and remove the report from the Manage Reports page. We have not changed the way System Reports are deleted. Clicking the Delete button for a System Report will display a confirmation message and set the Status of the report to “Not Deployed”. System Reports may not be removed from the Manage Reports page.  Additionally, reports that have had their location updated may not be deleted. These are displayed on the Manage Reports page in the status ‘Unknown’ and a message will be shown stating reports from a trusted location cannot be removed.

We also made an update to allow users to remove reports from the Reports menu or Print Dialog window for those reports that are launched from the Reports page or Print Dialog respectively.  From the Manage Reports page, users can unassign the report from all the companies in the ‘Use in Company’ field. For Print Dialog reports, users can unassign all forms in the ‘Form’ field.  For reports launched from the Reports page, the ‘Form’ field is disabled.

NS-6241 AR Apply Document Window disabled the Write Off GL Account

We fixed an issue where the Write Off GL Account field was disabled when no Write Off Amount existed on an application. This meant that users were unable to change the Write Off GL Account to another value or select a value if the field was blank due to no Write off account selected on the customer record.  Going forward, if a Write Off Amount does not exist on an application, the Write Off GL Account field will remain enabled. Once a Write Off Amount is populated on an application, the Write Off GL Account field is disabled and can only be re-enabled by zeroing out the Write Off Amount.
