NS-2737 Enabled Sales Order Item Allocation when Item In-Transit

A new feature was added to NorthScope to allow users to allocate Sales Order transaction items while items are in transit. The ordered item quantities can be allocated from the available balances of the temporary lot that is created for the ‘To Site’. If the To Warehouse lot is updated on the Transfer Receipt transaction before posting the transaction, the Sales Order allocation is updated accordingly. The system will automatically send an email notification for the creator of the Sales Order transaction, if the quantities of the Transfer Receipt transaction is reduced, which would over allocate the Sales Order transaction item. The allocation details are updated and the email notification is only sent when the Sales Order Shipment / Logistics Load status is less than Shipped.

Note: The Site property ‘Auto fill Whse Lot on 2-part Transfer Receipts’ for the transfer To Site must be set to Yes, in order to auto create the lot and to use this feature.
