Financial

NS-7901 Added a Payment Register report

We are including a new Payment Register report with this version of NorthScope. A report definition will ship with this release and will be available to deploy to the report server. Users can now easily view Check and ACH payments by Checkbook that is generated in the Financial functional area via the Reports page from the left hand menu.


Fisherman Accounting

NS-7944 Added the ability to split fish tickets based on specific weight or percentage

Fish Tickets in New status may now be split amongst several Paid Accounts. From the Fish Ticket List View, there is a new option under the More Actions button called “Split Fish Ticket”. Selecting a Fish Ticket and clicking this option will open the Split Ticket Record View. We default the ‘New Ticket #’ with the originating Fish Ticket #, plus the next corresponding letter of the alphabet beginning with the letter “A”. For example, if users split Ticket # “E20 123456”, we will default the ‘New Ticket #’ to “E20 123456A”. However, this can be updated if needed. Users may then enter a ‘Split Percent’ to auto calculate the ‘New Weight’ for a line item or manually enter the ‘New Weight’. Please be aware that we do not validate whether ‘New Units’ are to be required for a line item or whether or not it correctly corresponds to the weight. Clicking the Save & Close button will update the original Fish Ticket, less the ‘New Weight’ and ‘New Units’ for all lines items that were split. It will also create a new Fish Ticket with the split line items using the ‘New Weight’ and ‘New Units’ quantities. The new split Fish Ticket will essentially be a copy of the original ticket containing the same properties, applicable programs, attributes, notes, etc. Want to split a previously split Fish Ticket multiple times? Go for it!

Note: There will be no validation to ensure that a split ticket is not subsequently updated with different units and/or weight.
