NS-7614 Implemented Read-Only and No Access Security to NorthScope 3.0 pages

Do you want to prevent some users from accidentally adding/deleting/updating records they shouldn’t for pages in the new NorthScope 3.0 framework?  Well, now you can!  We have actually made Read-Only rights mean read-only too, so users will be able to view pages and data as expected but not edit them.  A banner is displayed on list views and record views that lets the user know the page or grid is read only.  Additionally, Toolbar icons will be enabled when security rights to the page/grid are set to Read Only (and individual icons do not have a different security setting), but if they are clicked there is a message displayed to the user that the action cannot be performed due to read only rights.  Toolbar icons that have security rights set to Read Only / No Rights will be disabled no matter what the security of the page/grid is set to.

When users have no access to a page that is accessible from the left-hand menu, the page will not be visible in the menu, menu search or shortcuts if applicable.  If users are able to access a page set to no rights by another means (like a hyperlink) then a message is displayed to the user letting them know they are not authorized to view the page.
