NS-8924 Fixed a bug in the accounting for negative payments on a Customer Quick Sale

Fixed a bug where the accounting was not calculating correctly with a negative sale containing a negative payment. Additionally, in some circumstances a pending payment receipt would be left after a Quick Sale was posted, this has been fixed as well.
