NS-2966 Updated Posted Sales Order Transactions to Display Workflow

Previously, Sales Orders with Ready to Post or Posted status did not display the workflow step. Once the transaction was saved as Ready to Post, the workflow field was cleared. Sales Order transactions were updated to always display the workflow step.

NS-2973 Fixed ‘Go to Order’ Toolbar Icon on SO Catalog Page

The ‘Go to Order’ toolbar icon did not get activated on the Sales Order Catalog page, if no items or other changes were done on the page. The toolbar icon was fixed to be always active.
