KB1241, KB1242, and KB1244: Combine the separate Unit of Measure pages to a single tabbed dialog
The purpose of this change was to put all of the pages required for configuring Units of Measure and UOM Schedules into one place. Users now have the ability to add or edit units of measure and schedules in the NorthScope system with more control than the host system offers.

KB1259, KB1261, and KB1264: Added a Vendor List View and Vendor Record View
This item is the first in a series of features to allow for vendor management within the NorthScope system. This change added the Vendor master files to NorthScope with the capabilities of managing additional contacts and User-Defined Attributes. Prior to this addition, all vendor setup was managed entirely by the host system.
Sales Order
KB1272: Added Credit Hold Management
NorthScope now offers the ability to manage customer credit limits and automatic or manual credit hold behavior for sales transactions in the system. Prior to this update, NorthScope sales transactions had no visibility to credit limits, and all credit management had to be completed in the host system.
KB1250 and KB1251: Added a Sales Order Transaction Class master file
The purpose of this addition was to allow a user to configure properties related to the SO Transaction Class (referred to as Document ID in GP). Prior to this update, there was no visibility of this data within the NorthScope interface.
KB1198: Bring Notes forward when converting Orders to Invoices
This update pulls all notes and types of notes within an order forward when converting an Order to an Invoice. Prior to this update when Orders, which had notes, were converted to invoices, the notes were not transferred to the new invoice transaction.
KB1237 and KB1263: Add the ability to create Sites in NorthScope
This feature allows a user to add a new site within NorthScope and also added additional properties which are not supported by the host system. Prior to this update, new Sites had to be added into the host system first, and then finalized in NorthScope.

KB1243: Developed a way for NorthScope to pass User and Company information to external web applications
This feature allows 3rd party application integration and user authentication within the NorthScope system.
KB1215: Simplified the integration preferences
The number of integration preferences with the host system have been reduced for simplicity. There are now three new preferences that activate specific integrations:
Enable Real Time Loading of Vendor Data
This preference turns on or off real-time integration with Vendors, Vendor Addresses, and Vendor Class.
Enable Real Time Loading of Customer Data
This preference turns off or on real-time integration with Customers, Customer Addresses, and Customer Class.
Enable Real Time Loading of Item Data
This preference turns on or off real-time integration with Items, Item Classes, UOM's, UOM Schedules, UOM Schedule Conversions, and Lots.
This change simplified the choices and eliminated the possibility of configuring the integration preferences to be partially integrated.

KB1284: Added a Transfer Order transaction
This feature is the first in a series of features designed to allow users to enter inventory transfer transactions in the NorthScope system. This is a new transaction that allows users to schedule transfers, much like a sales transaction.
Logistics
NS-63: Added a confirmation to the Load Record delete
The purpose of this enhancement was to prompt the user to confirm prior to deleting the Load. Prior to this change, if a user was on the Load record and deleted the load, they would not be prompted before the deletion.
System
KB1269: Removed the restriction that was preventing users from creating Security Groups with the same name across multiple companies
A user can now add new Security Groups with the same name to different companies. Prior to this enhancement, users were unable to have the same security group name in more than one company. This resulted in security group names such as Administrator and Administrator2.
KB1262: Changed the title on the login screen to NorthScope
Updated the title within the tab of the browser to display the new Software name NorthScope. Prior to this change, the application's name was BluWare.
KB1256: Changed the Preference Pages so they now open in full edit mode
The module Preference Pages now opens in full edit mode, and all records are saved when "Save" is clicked. Prior to this change, users had to select one preference, click "Edit", change the value, and click "Save" for each preference they wanted to change. Now, users can change as many fields as they want and only click "Save" once.
KB1253: Upgrade NorthScope to Telerik 2013.3.1114
This is a framework upgrade.
KB1063: Added a process indicator when editing or adding reports on the Manage Reports page
Users will now see a process indicator when uploading reports to the system instead of seeing the screen appear to hang.
Sales Order
KB1280: Corrected the way the alert displays to the user when changing the Status across multiple transactions
The purpose of this enhancement was to prompt the user to confirm prior to deleting the Load. Prior to this change, if a user was on the Load record and deleted the load, they would not be prompted before the deletion.
KB1279: Removed Billing addresses from the Addresses tab of the Price List record
Sales orders are not created against billing addresses, so these were removed from the price list assignment process for simplification. Prior to this change, all customer addresses, including Bill-To addresses, were displayed, adding records that were unnecessary.
KB1277: Changed the Source System column in the Sales History Inquiry to display NS instead of BW
This was to display the proper initials of the software name, NorthScope.
KB1276: Updated the interface for Address Sets to match Item Sets
Address Sets have been updated to have the same look and feel as the Item Sets page. Prior to this change, Address Sets were using an older interface style.
KB1239: Remove Attributes from the Customer and Address List Views and added an Attributes Tab to the Customer and Address Record Pages
The ability to edit attribute values has been moved from the customer/address list view screens to the corresponding record view.
KB1234: Added Mass Select capability in the Sales Order List View
When Printing or Mass Updating, there are now multiple options to use the "Selected Rows" or use "All Rows in the Filter".

Logistics
KB1268: Fixed an Error when adding or editing a Carrier
Users can now save carriers whose names are longer than 15 characters. However, only the first 15 are integrated when using Dynamics GP due to the Dynamics GP field length.
Sales Order
NS-11: Fixed an error when saving or setting a new Grid Layout as the default
Users could previously attempt to save a Grid Layout with no name, which caused an error. This is now fixed.
NS-27: Fixed the Excel export on the Transactions List View
The Excel export feature was not working correctly and has been fixed.
NS-83: Ship Addresses that were edited were not saving correctly from the Sales Order Record View
Updates to the Ship-to Address from the Sales Order record view were not being saved correctly and this has been fixed.
KB1240: Fixed an error when trying to access the record view of a transaction from the Sales History Inquiry
Opening some transactions from the Sales History Inquiry would cause an error and this has been fixed.
KB1216: Disabled the Status Setup Options that conflicted with the Sales Order edit rules
The Status Setup page has been updated to automatically disable some of rules which should never be changed.
System
KB1270: Fixed an issue with displaying all pages when setting the Homepage of a Portal User
The home page selection combo box on the user edit grid was updated to only show valid selections for the selected user. Prior to this fix, all pages were listed as options, even pages to which the user did not have access.
KB1066: The Homepage field under the My Profile page was blank when setting the Homepage to any report page
The Homepage selection combo box was fixed to not show a blank value after saving a selection that was a specific report page.
KB1061: Fixed a problem with deleting reports from the Manage Reports page
The delete process from the Manage Reports page has been updated to delete reports without causing an error.
