NS-119: Added the Bill of Materials list view

This list view allows users to view/find BOM level detail for each BOM in a list view format.

NS-116: Added the Bill of Materials record view

The NorthScope system now supports adding Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the new Manufacturing module. This feature is the record view where users can add/edit new or existing BOMs.

NS-118 & 120: Added the Bill of Materials Items list view

This list view allows users to view/find item level detail for each BOM in a list view format.

Sales Order

NS-127: Redesigned the Sales Order record view - Logistics tab to support multiple shipments

This feature is a change to the Sales Order record view which was completed to support handling transactions that exist on multiple shipments. The Logistics tab has been updated to support a grid layout with each row representing an individual shipment.

Financial

NS-85: Updated the NorthScope database to support sales transactions with multiple shipments

In preparation for future features such as advanced accounting rules, NorthScope has extended the GL Account table and added tables for GL Account Format and GL Account Class.

Logistics

NS-108: Updated the NorthScope database to support sales transactions with multiple shipments

The NorthScope Logistics module and its corresponding build load process has been updated to support placing individual orders onto multiple shipments if the feature is licensed, and certain criteria are met for the Carrier, Site and Ship By Date System. Prior to this release, a sales transaction only supported a single shipment.

Sales Contracts

NS-115: Revised the Sales Contracts list view layout

The Sales Contract list view has been updated to include additional fields. Additionally, it was updated to the new list view standards.

NS-134: Revised the Sales Contracts record view layout

The Sales Contract record view has an updated layout to adhere to current standards and un-used features have been removed.

System

NS-96: Created a new way to build list views

The NorthScope system has been updated to support a new framework for system list views.

NS-97: Updated the My Profile page to support the new feature of User Preferences

The My Profile and User Preferences pages have been re-written to adhere to the new record view standards. This includes a tabbed layout and improved business logic to make user setup more obvious.

Fixes

Sales Order

NS-3: Changed the text of the Delete toolbar icon to Void

The Delete button label now reads “Void”. This was to more accurately reflect the actual work being done when clicking the button because sales transactions are never deleted.

NS-105: The More Actions dropdown was not displaying properly on the Sales History Inquiry page

The More Actions dropdown from the Sales History Inquiry page was displaying incorrectly and this has been fixed.

NS-106: Could not add a new Transaction Class

Users could not add a new Transaction Class in the system due to an error. This has been fixed.

System

NS-102: Fixed multiple page sizing issues throughout the software

Many pages in the software were updated for proper screen sizing and re-sizing.
