NS-3445 Added a Company Currency List View

Previously, a user could only view the currencies that are assigned to companies in the System Module Currency list view.  A new list view has been added called Company Currencies in the Company module for users to see the currencies that are assigned to the company that the user is logged into.  Also, the user can assign the Realized Gain and Realized Loss accounts that are associated with the corresponding currency.   Note: Only active accounts will be available in the Realized Gain/Loss account lookup menus.

NS-3373 Updated Price List Mass Update to Display Prices with 5 Decimals

Previously, the Price List Mass Update page displayed the price list prices with 2 decimals and when users updated the prices the New Price is rounded to 2 decimals.  The Mass Update page has been updated to allow user to enter new prices with 5 decimals and to display New, Current and Next prices with 5 decimals. Note: The Price columns are displayed to match the Item Price Decimals from the Item Properties.

NS-3440 Removed Decimals from the Bill of Materials # Sites Column

Previously, the # Sites Column in the Bill of Materials List View displayed a number with two decimals. The # Sites Column was updated to display a single number with no decimals.

NS-3471 Updated the Ticket List View and the Ticket Inquiry

The Ticket List View and Ticket Inquiry has been updated to include the following new columns:

  • Buying Station – This column is not in the system view
  • CFECID - This column is not in the system view
  • Created - This column is not in the system view
  • Created By - This column is not in the system view
  • Last Updated - This column is not in the system view
  • Last Updated By - This column is not in the system view
  • Tax – Company
  • Tax – Fisherman
  • Tax – Total - This column is not in the system view
  • Tender Vessel - This column is not in the system view
  • 'Ticket Attributes' - These columns are not in the system view

Also, the following columns were removed:

NS-3482 Improved Allocation Error Messaging

Previously, an over allocation error message was displayed for a user when allocating by the item or warehouse lot level and allocated inventory lots contained lots with variable weight that could not fully be allocated. A new validation message 'Based upon the available quantities, auto allocation was unable to be completed and has resulted in an under allocation of product. Please use the allocate by inventory lot tab to complete allocations." was added to the system to improve the usability.

NS-3476 Fixed Duplicate Line Items Showing in Project Transaction Inquiry

Due to a bug, when Purchasing Transactions with multiple line items referenced the same project the Project Transaction Inquiry showed duplicate lines with the Project Transaction’s total Expense amount on each line item.  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3457 & NS-3458 Fixed Type for Accrue & Reverse and Reverse/Correct Journal Entries

Previously, when the user created an 'Accrue and Reverse' type journal entry, the reversal entry was created as a journal type of Manual instead of 'Accrue & Reverse'.  Also, previously, when the user processed a Reverse or Reverse & Correct journal, subsequent journals were created as 'Manual' journal type, instead of 'Reverse' for the reversing type journal and 'Correct' for the correcting type journal. Both issues are now fixed.

Framework

NS-3481 Fixed List View Grouping to Display Group Totals

Due to a recent framework change, list views were no longer displaying group totals when grouping was added to the list view. The issue is now fixed.

Purchasing

NS-3486 Fixed Ticket Mass Update to Recalculate Taxes & Premiums when Site Changed

Due to a bug, tax and premiums programs were not recalculating as expected on tickets when the 'Site Processed' property was mass updated from the Tickets list view. The issue is now fixed.

NS-3311 Fixed Open Purchase Orders on Fisherman Balances List View

Due to a bug, the Fisherman Balances List View was displaying the Total Extended Amount of the Purchase Order instead of displaying the total Purchase Order amount assigned to the Fisherman. The issue is now fixed.

System

NS-3464 Fixed Permissions Issue with the Print Dialog

Due to a bug, the Print Dialog was not accessible to a user without administrator rights.  The issue is now fixed.
