NS-3483 Added Recovery Percent Mass Update Capability

A new toolbar icon Mass Update was added to the Bill of Materials list view. This allows to mass update the recovery percent for selected or filtered Bill of Materials records. This will only update the recovery percent of planning items with 'Use BOM Recovery %' scaling method.

NS-3493 Disabled Ticket Site Processed Property when Status Approved or Higher

Previously, the Ticket 'Site Processed' property was always editable. The property was updated to be disabled when the ticket status is Approved or higher.

NS-3477 Updated the Delivery Ticket Record View Home and Properties Tab

The Delivery Ticket record view Home tab was updated to include the following fields from the properties tab.  These fields are also displayed in the Properties tab but are only editable in the Home tab.

  • Ticket #
  • Landed – this was previously displayed as Date
  • Delivered
  • Paid Fisherman
  • Tender – this was previously displayed as Tender – Delivered and Tender - Buyer
  • Permit Holder
  • Gear – previously this was shown in the Permit field

The Properties tab was updated to be display the properties in groups to improve the usability.

NS-3479 Updated the Delivery Ticket Grid Section

The Delivery Ticket grid has been updated to include a new column Item: Description.  This was included to improve data entry, now the user does not have to select each ticket item property for each line item on the ticket.  The following columns were removed from the system view:

  • Specie
  • Condition
  • Grade
  • Disposition
  • Sold Condition

Sales Order

NS-3444 Updated Auto Allocation to Allocate Variable Weight

Previously, the Sales Order auto allocation allocated items according to the item's UOM schedule conversion and any items entered with variable weight had to be manually allocated. The auto allocation feature was updated to allocate variable weight.

NS-3254 Fixed New Sites Not Integrating to GP from NorthScope

Due to a bug, when new sites were created in NorthScope and the Site Outbound integration was set to Timed or Immediate, the site was not integrating to GP as expected.  The issue is now fixed.

Financial

NS-3397 Fixed Account Segment Validation

Due to a bug, users were able to save new GL accounts in formats that did not meet the segment length requirements set in the Account Format view. The issue is now fixed.

Inventory

NS-3420 Added Validation for Price UOM on the Item Record View

Due to a bug, users were able to save an item record for an item with 3 different Unit/Weight/Price UOM's.  The following validation message has been added "You must select a Price UOM that matches either the Sales Order Unit UOM or the Sales Order Weight UOM" to notify the user.  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3335 Fixed GP Site Assignment Issue

Due to a bug, there was an issue sending orders to GP due to the Site not being assigned to the Item.  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3399 Fixed Delivery Ticket Items List View Issue when Setup Items are Inactive

Due to a bug, if a user disabled a Specie/Condition/Grade/Disposition/ Sold Condition the item was not displayed in the Ticket Item list view when in Edit mode.  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3409 Fixed an Issue with Editing the Taxes & Premiums Record View

Due to a bug, if a user selected a Premium or Tax record from the Taxes and Premiums List View and clicked the Edit toolbar icon, the Record View did not open.  The issue is now fixed.

Sales Order

NS-2601 Added Validation on Customer Favorite Price UOM

Due to a bug, users were able to save a customer favorite item with the Unit UOM, Weight UOM and Price UOM all being different values.  Validation has been added to notify the user with the following message "Favorites: You must select a Price UOM that matches either the Unit UOM or the Weight UOM".  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3370 Fixed an Issue Filtering on Sales Order Invoice Date

Due to a bug, when a user entered a date to filter on Sales Order Invoice date in the Billing Inquiry, not all invoices were being filtered correctly.  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3466 Fixed Certifications Assignment Issue on Sales Orders

Due to a bug, when the Sales Order Preference 'Assign all Certifications to new Orders' was set to Yes and Items were added to a Sales Order in the Record View, the Certifications were not automatically assigned to the items as expected. The issue is now fixed.

NS-3459 – Fixed an Issue on Price Allocation Page

Due to a bug, not all fields on the Price Adjustment Allocation page were disabled when the transaction status was Approved, Posted, or Voided and users were able to change the values in these fields from this page.  The issue is now fixed.
