NS-3507 Updated the CP Ticket Reprice Screen Toolbar Icons Activity

Previously, the Refresh, Process and Validate toolbar icons did not activate unless a field was clicked in the grid section of the page.  These toolbar icons have been updated to be active without clicking the grid.

NS-3509 Added Ability to Reprice a CP Ticket after Voiding

Previously, when users repriced CP Tickets and saved the new version in the status of ‘New’ and deleted that ticket (voided). If users searched for that ticket to reprice again, it would not be displayed in the reprice grid. Now users can reprice a previously voided CP Ticket.

NS-3501 Updated Attribute Values Storage Capacity

Previously, users were able to add up to 50 characters to an attribute value.  All attribute values have now been updated to store up to 200 characters each.

NS-3499 Updated the Journal Reverse & Correct Screen

The following fields were updated on the Journal Reverse & Correct screen:

  • Header: Transaction Type was updated to default to ‘Manual’ and ‘Posting Date’ was changed to ‘Correcting Date’. The Correcting Date field will only be visible when the Action of ‘Reverse & Correct’ is selected.
  • Grid: a new column ‘Reverse Date’ was added, this field defaults to the Journal date and is always editable.

A validation message was added to inform users if the Reverse Date is within a closed fiscal period. After the Reverse & Correct journal is processed, the Reverse Date is the Journal Date for the reversal journal that is created, and the Correcting Date is the Journal Date for the Correct Journal that is created.

NS-3502 Added Cost Group to Transaction History Lot and Transaction History Item Inquiries

A new column Cost Group, used to group costing for several items, has been added to the Transaction History Lot and Transaction History Item Inquiries. This column displays the cost group name and description and is not in the system view.

Sales Programs

NS-3385 Added Validation to not Allow Negative Rates on Brokerage or Freight Accrual Programs

Previously, users were able to save a negative rate to Brokerage and Freight Accrual Sales Programs.  The following message has been added to notify users a negative rate is not allowed. “Rates must be greater than or equal to zero on Brokerage or Freight Accrual Programs."

NS-3425 Added Validation to Price List Description Field to be Required

Previously, the Price List Description field was not required and if it was not completed by users it resulted in the Price List appearing blank in the drop-down menu to select on an Inventory Transfer transaction. A validation has been added so when the user creates a new price list and doesn’t enter a description, a message is displayed to let users know the Description field is required. This change applies to all price list types.

NS-3496 Updated the BOL Field Number of Characters

Previously, there was a limit of 50 characters for the BOL field in Record Views, Reports and Inquiries.  The BOL field has now been updated to a limit of 100 characters.

NS-3492 Fixed Date Type Attributes Displaying Incorrectly on List Views

Due to a bug, Date type attributes were not being displayed correctly on List Views.  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3525 Fixed Issue with Vendor Attributes not Displaying Correctly

Due to a bug, Vendor List type attribute values were not displaying correctly when users tried to assign a value from the Record View. The issue is now fixed.

NS-3534 Fixed Issue with Item Attributes Displaying Incorrect Value

Due to a bug, when a user assigned a numeric attribute value to an Item for a text type attribute, and the numeric value was the same number as the unique identifier in the database for the list type value, the value from the list type attribute would display instead of the numeric value entered by the user.  This issue is now fixed.

NS-3429 Fixed Ticket Stat Area Duplicating Lines on Stat Area Details Inquiry

Due to a bug, the Ticket Stat Area List Inquiry was duplicating all lines for each Stat Area selected on the ticket.  The issue is now fixed.

NS-3410 Fixed an Incorrect Message from Sales Transaction Header New Toolbar Icon

Due to a bug, users were receiving a message when a Sales Transaction was posted, and the New header toolbar icon was clicked. The issue is now fixed.

NS-3540 Fixed Issue with Net Amount on Delivery Tickets

Due to a bug, where taxes were being applied to both the Fisherman and the Company on a delivery ticket, the net amount was calculating both the Fisherman Tax and the Company Tax amount instead of just the line item amount and the fisherman tax amount. The issue is now fixed.

Sales Order

NS-3506 Fixed an Issue with Substitute Items not Displaying when an Item was Entered on RV

Due to a bug, when users added an Item Favorite from the Sales Order Record View and clicked Substitution from the grid toolbar, no items were displayed. The issue is now fixed.

Sales Programs

NS-3495 Fixed Next Sales Program ID Setup Issue

Due to a bug, users were unable to update a Sales Program Next Program ID when there was no Program ID previously set up.  The issue is now fixed.
