NS-1444: Updated the validation for Attribute Class to be unique by “type”

Previously, a bug existed that caused the Attribute Class validation to require unique Attribute Class names regardless of Attribute Type. This logic was fixed so that the validation requires unique Attribute Class names by Attribute Type, thus preventing duplicate Attribute Classes.

NS-1410: Updated the Item integration from the host system to default the Valuation Method to “Item”

Previously, the Valuation Method integrated directly from the host system. However, this caused a problem as NorthScope’s supported valuation methods and the host system’s valuation methods are not the same so when trying to integrate an item with a valuation method that NorthScope does not support, the item was saved with a blank valuation method. This logic was improved so that all items import to NorthScope with a valuation method of item.
