NS-1576 Updated Inventory List Views and Inquiries

The Transaction History – Lot and the Transaction History – Item Inquiries were updated with the following changes

• Units, Units UOM, UOM Schedule, Weight, Weight UOM, Attribute Class and Site have been added to the System View.
• Site Name, Quantity and Quantity UOM have been removed from the System View, but a user can manually add these from Column set up.
• Item ID can be added from Column set up.

The Lot Balance and Item Balance List Views have been updated with the following changes:

• Item Description has been replaced with Item: Description.
• Attribute Class, On Hand Units, Available Units, Units UOM, On Hand Weight, Available Weight, Weight UOM, UOM Schedule columns have been added to the System View.

NS-1564 Included Owner in the Check for All Lot Information on Inventory Transactions

With this change all lot information is required on inventory transactions when the owner is selected.

NS-1565 Updated Inventory Attributes Tab Combo Boxes to Be Non-Load On-Demand

This change is a small style change for the Attributes tab in Inventory Transactions.

Sales Order

NS-1560 Updated Sales Order List View to Exclude Pending Items

Previously, items on Sales Orders in a status of Pending were unintentionally displaying on the Transaction Items list view. This list view's logic was improved to remove these items from displaying

NS-1563 Changed the Site to Lock Down Once Sales Order Allocations Have Been Made

This improvement locks the Default Site on Sales Order Transaction after the allocation has been made.

NS-1559 Updated Sales Order Lot Picker to Group by Order Instance

The item grouping on the lot picker display have been updated from unique item to unique instance.

Bug Fixes

Sales Order

NS-1588: Fixed the Integration Issue for Sales Order with Multiple Shipments and Single Invoice

Previously, a bug caused doubled distributions in the Host system when a sales order had multiple shipments, but only one invoice. This bug has been fixed and the distributions are now posted correctly in the Host system.

NS-1586 Corrected the Validation for the Allow Over Allocation of Lots Sales Order Preference

Previously, the available balance was not updated correctly when Allow Over Allocation of Lots preference was set to No and the user changed the units after allocation. This was causing an overallocation error. The bug has been fixed and available balances are updated correctly.

NS-1581 Fixed Approved and Ready to Post Allocated Amounts Calculations

Previously, if a user added a price after allocation to a lot was done, the allocated amount wasn’t updated correctly from 0 in journal details. The bug has been fixed and the allocated amount is updated correctly when a user enters a price after the allocation.

NS-1558 Corrected Lot Picker to Abide by Inventory Conversion Rules

Previously, units for uniformed weight items were not updated correctly in the Lot Picker, if the user entered weight instead of units. The bug has been fixed and the item units are updated correctly when weight is entered.

NS-1557 Corrected Allow Over Allocation of Lots Preference

Previously, the validation for the preference Allow Over Allocation of Lots was not being enforced from the lot picker. This bug has been fixed and if the preference is set to allow over allocation, the user is not be prevented from saving the over allocated quantities. If the preference is set to not allow over allocation, an error message is displayed for the user to indicate that over allocation is not allowed.

NS-1571 Fixed Bug Causing Variable Weight Overcalculations on Sales Order Record View

Previously, on sales order record view a bug was causing overcalculations for variable weight items. This issue has been fixed and calculations are displayed correctly for items set to variable weight.
