NS-1798 Added Saved Grid Layout to Production Transaction

Previously, the users could create and save custom grid views on Adjustment, Receipt and Transfer transaction records, but the feature was missing from Production records. In this release the grid save feature was added to Production transaction records.

NS-1818 Added Production Batch Fields to the Items Grid for Inventory Transactions

The following production batch fields were added to the inventory transactions items grid:

  • Production Site
  • Production Date
  • Country of Origin
  • Batch Comment
  • Batch Class
  • Traded
  • Attributes (user defined)
  • Certifications (user defined)

These new read-only fields are not part of the system view. Users can add them from the grid column set up and save them in a customized view.

NS-1819 Added Production Batch Mass Update to Items Grid Toolbar on Inventory Transactions

Previously Production Batches could only be mass updated on Production Batches List View. This improvement added the Mass Update feature to the items grid toolbar on inventory transactions. The feature is available for all inventory transaction types and includes the following options:

Production Batch Properties:

  • Batch Class
  • Country of Origin
  • Expiration Date
  • Outside Purchase
  • Production Date
  • Production Site
  • Project
  • Quality Test Class
  • Status
  • Traded

Production Batch Attributes:

  • User defined attributes

Production Batch Certifications:

  • User defined active certifications

 

NS-1828 Added a Column for BOL to the Inventory Transactions List View

This improvement added a new column ‘BOL’ to the Inventory Transactions List View. The column is located after Status column and displays the BOL entered on transfer transactions.

NS-1781 Updated the Validation for Over-Allocating Lots on Inventory Transactions

Previously, the over-allocation validation was being ran several times on inventory transactions and this was causing performance problems. The process has now been changed to improve the performance. This backend change is not visible to users (other than improved performance).

NS-1666 Updated How UOM Conversions Are Calculated

Previously, the backend UOM conversion process was causing performance issues. This process was updated to improve the performance. This backend change is not visible to users (other than improved performance).  

Sales Order

NS-1829 Added a New Sales Order Shipment Inquiry

A new inquiry ‘Sales Order Shipments’ inquiry was added, which allows users to research Sales Order Shipments. In the default view the inquiry displays all posted transactions for all sites back to 180 days. Users can change the criteria using the ‘Inquiry Criteria’ tool.

NS-1820 Fixed Incorrect ‘Over Allocation’ Messaging on Find Lots Page

Previously, users were receiving an ‘Over Allocation’ message on the Find Lots page when they were cleaning out lots that had variable weight items with smaller available weight than the item’s target weight. This issue has now been fixed.
