NS-1918 Disabled Grid Delete Toolbar Icon on Record Views

The Delete grid toolbar icon is now disabled when a transaction has no line items added. This change impacts Sales Order, Commodity Procurement and Delivery Ticket transactions.

NS-612 Added a Validation for Expire By Date on Purchase Order Records

A validation was added to the ‘Expire By’ date field on Purchase Order record, which prevents users from entering a date that is older than the Ordered date. If a user enters an invalid date to the Expire By field, an error message ‘Expire By Date must be later than Ordered Date’ is displayed for the user.

NS-688 Changed Debit/Credit Account to be Required on Premium and Tax Records

Previously, the system allowed users to create new premiums and taxes without debit/credit accounts. With this change, a debit account is created when a new premium record is created or an existing premium record is updated. Also, a credit account is required when a new tax record is created or an existing tax record is updated.

NS-857 Improved Properties on Vendor Records

The following properties were removed from Loan Vendor Type records:

  • Permit Serial #
  • Master Fisherman Account
  • Tender Vessel

Currency assignment was also fixed as part of this work item. Previously, any currency selected was overwritten to US$ upon saving the record. Now, any active currency can be selected from the menu and the selected currency value does not get overwritten when the records is saved.

NS-1920 Fixed Inventory Transaction File Import to Fail as a Whole

Previously, if an import file had incorrectly entered rows, that particular row and any previous rows were not imported to the system, but occasionally any rows after the incorrect rows were imported to the system. The issue has now been fixed and none of the rows are imported to the system, if the file has any incorrectly entered rows that are causing the import process to fail.

NS-676 Fixed Inactive Seasons not to Display on Delivery Ticket Property Tab

Due to a bug, inactivated Seasons were displayed in the Season menu on Delivery Ticket’s Properties. The issue has now been fixed and only active Seasons are displayed in the menu.

NS-704 Fixed Fisherman Permit Inactivation

Due to a bug, when a new permit was added on a fisherman record with inactive flag set to Yes, the inactive flag was reset to No when the record was saved. This bug has now been resolved and new permits can be added with inactive flag set to Yes.

Sales Order

NS-1916 Fixed Delete to Void Transactions

Due to a bug, Delete button from Sales Order Transactions was deleting Sales Orders from the system instead of voiding them. The issue has now been fixed and the Delete button from the record and list view is voiding transactions as expected.
