Sales Order

NS-168: Added the "Originally Ordered Versus Shipped" Features

This feature added the capability in NorthScape to store ordered quantity of every sales line item. The purpose of this feature is to provide the ability for companies to analyze and review accurate order fulfillment rates, which was not possible when ordered quantities were manually edited.

NS-170: Added the ability to auto-move Sales Order allocations from in-transit sites

This new feature was designed for sales orders with line items that have been allocated against inventory that is in-transit. The purpose of this feature was to allow users to allocate specific lots that are in-transit to the shipping facility. When allocations are made against in-transit lots, the allocations are automatically updated when the product lots are received by the shipping warehouse with no need for manual intervention.

NS-174: Added Project Tracking feature to the system

NorthScope now helps companies determine profitability per project. Expenses and revenue are tracked against capital improvement and inventory trading projects. 

NS-175: Added the ability to create manual journal entries in NorthScope

NorthScope now has the ability to manually record journal entries, which integrate with the host system. In the past, journal entries were handled exclusively by the host system.

NS-171: Added the ability to assign the Manufacturing Site to a Lot

A new field has been added to the Lots table, which allows the original manufacturing site of a lot to be tracked.

NS 173/183: Added ability to set up vendor types

This enhancement creates sub-classifications of vendor types within NorthScope. Prior to this enhancement, all vendors were classified as simply "Vendors" with no additional distinctions.

NS-172: Made changes to the existing Program Details page in preparation for showing GL Distributions

This feature is to modify the existing Program Details page in preparation for adding the GL Summary (transaction level) and GL Detail (item level) accounting information to the order record view.

An issue which caused errors while displaying inquiries has been fixed.

NS-226: Sales History Inquiry Criteria/Save Criteria issues

An issue which gave errors when saving or deleting the Inquiry Criteria has been fixed.

NS-227: Issue sending freight accruals to GP

Freight accruals now integrate properly with the host system.

NS-229: Error in Transaction Record when trying to add items to a transaction

This fix corrected a load building error when adding items from the catalog page.
