Fixed a bug where users were receiving a message “You cannot over apply a document” when trying to void an AP Invoice that had more than one line distributed to the same fisherman. 

NS-3742 Fixed an intermittent issue with the Process Checks page

Fixed a bug where users were receiving the error “There is no row at position #” when selecting a row and then opening the “Process Checks” page from either the Vendor Balances or Fisherman Balances list view.
