Def - Cost

The Cost Rate reflects the cost that will post to the General Ledger for Items with a 'Costing Method' of "Active". For some items this may be set from a default cost rate and for other items this may reflect the actual amount paid to purchase or incurred to produce the product. For each individual LotSK, this is calculated as the [Base Cost Rate] + sum of all the [Cost Layer Rates].
