After-Hours Support

Get emergency support evenings, weekends, and holidays.

After-Hours Support is only available to customers with an Active Subscription for an Included Software Version and is contingent on staff availability (unless otherwise agreed upon). After-Hours Support is billed hourly, by incident.

To guarantee a response, after-hours support requests must be submitted both via email and by phone:

  1. Help@TheNLP.com (submit with an “Emergency” Severity Level)
