Quality Test Results List View
Description: The Quality Test Results list view displays all Open status Quality Test Result records. The records can be opened by clicking the Test ID hyperlink to view the record details.
Header Toolbar
Toolbar Icons | Description |
|---|---|
| Cancel | Cancels the current unsaved changes and returns the view from Edit mode to Read only mode. This toolbar icon is only displayed when the view is in edit mode. |
| Delete | Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Delete - List View (ML)'. |
| Edit | Puts the list view in edit mode allowing all editable fields to be modified at one time. To get out of edit mode you must either Cancel or Save your changes. |
| Excel | Export the contents of the list view to an Excel file that will automatically download. The contents that export are those that are visible to the user. Therefore, if the user has filtered the view only the filtered contents will be exported. |
| Grid Layout | Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Toolbar Icon - Grid'. |
| New | Inserts blank lines that allow adding multiple new records. |
| Save | Saves all changes made and returns the view from Edit mode to Read-Only mode. This toolbar icon is only displayed when the view is in edit mode. |
Columns
Column Headers | Description |
|---|---|
| Test Class | Displays the Test Class of the record. This field is never editable after a record is saved. |
| Test ID | Displays the Test ID assigned to the record. The ID can be edited from the record view. The ID is a hyperlink, which opens the corresponding Quality Test Result Record View. |
| Testing Began | Displays the date the testing began. The date can be edited from the record view or from the list view when the list view is in edit mode. |
| Testing Complete | Displays the date the testing was completed. The date can be edited from the record view or from the list view when the list view is in edit mode. |
| Status | Displays the status of the quality test record. The status can be edited from the record view or from the list view when the list view is in edit mode. |
