Mass Update: Production Batches

This action will apply to:

Identifies the records that will be affected by the applied mass update changes. The options are 'Selected Record(s)' or 'All Filtered Records'. Choosing selected records will apply the mass update changes to all records that have their check boxes selected. Choosing all filtered records will apply the mass update changes to all filtered records. 

Apply

Clicking this icon will change the status of the chosen records and reload the list view to reflect the changes.

Batch Class

Displays a drop-down menu that displays all Production Batch Attribute Classes configured in the Attribute Classes Master File (Company →  Attribute Classes). Assigns the selected class to selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked.  

Batch Date

Displays a date field to assign a Batch Date. Assigns the entered date to selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked.

Country of Origin

Displays a drop-down menu that displays all active Countries configured in the Country of Origin Master File (Inventory → Country of Origin). Assigns the selected country to selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked. 

Expiration Date

Displays a date field to assign an Expiration Date. Assigns the entered date to selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked. 

Outside Purchase

Displays a drop-down menu that displays Yes/No options to select if the batch has been purchased outside. Assigns the selected value to selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked. 

Production Batch Site

Displays a drop-down menu that displays all active Sites configured in the Sites Master File (Sales Order → Sites). Assigns the selected site to the selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked. 

Project

Displays a drop-down menu that displays all active Projects configured in the Projects Master File (Financial → Projects). Assigns the selected project to the selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked. 

Quality Test Class

Displays a drop-down menu that displays all active Quality Test Classes configured in the Attribute Classes Master File (Company → Attribute Classes). Assigns the selected class to selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked. 

Status

Displays a drop-down menu that displays Open/Closed options to select the status of the batch. Assigns the selected status to the selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked. 

Traded

Displays a drop-down menu that displays Yes/No options to select if the batch has been traded. Assigns the selected value to selected/filtered batches when Apply is clicked.
