Description: The Export Details record is for the user to save additional shipment details including container details.

Toolbar
Toolbar Icons | Description |
---|---|
Cancel | Cancels the current unsaved changes when in edit mode. |
Grid Layout | Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Toolbar Icon - Grid'. |
Save | Saves the changes made to the record. It is only necessary to click the Save button when a change is detected on the page. When a change has been made, a ‘ + ‘ character is displayed prior to the page name in the page title bar (light blue bar in the upper left corner of the page). Clicking Save reloads the page. |

Field Names | Description |

Booking # | Displays a text box for the user to enter the booking number that corresponds to the shipment. This field is not required. |
Forwarder | Displays a text box for the user to enter the forwarder that corresponds to the shipment. This field is not required. |
Place of Delivery / Date | Displays two text boxes side-by-side for the user to enter the place of delivery for the shipment and the date of the shipment's delivery. These fields are not required. |
Port of Discharge / Date | Displays two text boxes side-by-side for the user to enter the port of discharge for the shipment and the date of the shipment's discharge from the receiving port. These fields are not required. |
Port of Entry / Date | Displays two text boxes side-by-side for the user to enter the port of entry for the shipment and the date of the shipment's entry to the receiving port. These fields are not required. |
Port of Loading / Date | Displays two text boxes side-by-side for the user to enter the port of loading for the shipment and the date of the shipment's loading. These fields are not required. |
Shipment | Displays the transfer's shipment as the shipment ID, the site, and the ship by date. This field is required. |
Shipping Line | Displays a text box for the user to enter the shipping line for the corresponding shipment. This field is not required. |

Toolbar
Toolbar Icons | Description |
---|---|
Delete | Deletes the selected line(s) from the transaction or master file. This icon is only enabled for transactions with a Status of 'New'. |
Excel | Clicking the Excel toolbar icon exports the current contents of the grid to an Excel file that is automatically downloaded. The contents that export are only those currently visible. If the grid is filtered, only the filtered contents will be exported. |
New | Adds new blank lines in the grid section to allow for data entry. |

#Pallets | Displays a numeric text box for the user to enter the number of pallets the container contains. This field defaults to 0.00 and is not required. |
Base Rate | Displays a numeric text box for the user to enter the base rate of the corresponding container. This field defaults to 0.00 and is not required. |
Comment | Displays a text box for the user to enter a comment regarding the corresponding container. This field is not required. |
Container | Displays a text box for the user to enter the container ID. This field is required. |
Container Tare | Displays a numeric text box for the user to enter the tare of the corresponding container. This field defaults to 0.00 and is not required. |
Dunnage | Displays a numeric text box for the user to enter the total dunnage associated with the corresponding container. This field defaults to 0.00 and is not required. |
Sales Amount | Displays a numeric text box for the user to enter the sales amount of the corresponding container. This field defaults to 0.00 and is not required. |
Seal | Displays a text box for the user to enter the seal ID that corresponds to the container. This field is not required. |
Total Weight | Displays the auto-calculated sum of the Weight, Container Tare, and Dunnage on the corresponding container. This field is never editable by the user. |
Units | Displays a text box for the user to enter the total units in the corresponding container. This field defaults to 0.00 and is not required. |
