NS-4484 Continuing Performance Improvements with Sales Order

The performance of the Sales Order allocation page was improved to reduce the page load time. 

NS-4337 Allow users to print Sales Order invoices when the transaction is in any status

Previously users were only able to print Sales Order invoices when the transaction was in the status Approved or greater. Now users can print Sales Order invoices when the transaction is in any status. Please see the FAQ article on how and when invoice dates and invoice numbers are assigned to sales order transactions.
