NS-8572 Converted the Item Record View and List View to the NorthScope 3.0 Framework

We have converted the Items list view and Item record view to the new 3.0 framework. Some noticeable changes include a better layout of all the item properties, so now you will see the ID, Description, base configuration, and default units of measure properties on the main Properties tab and all the other properties on a new Advanced Properties tab.   We have cleaned up a few properties that were no longer being used and removed those as well as renaming the Accounts tab to GL Accounts to be consistent with the rest of NorthScope.

Note: This update will impact any existing saved column layouts which will need to be set up again.

NS-8657 Updated the Change Address page on the Sales Order Record View

Do you want to be able to change the shipping address of a Sales Order and update the address details all in one go?  Well, now you can!  We have updated the Change Address record that is accessed from the Sales Order Record View (More Actions button) that users can select a different shipping address for a customer from the lookup (if more than one shipping address exists for the customer) and update the Address Name (Attention To) as well as the address details and phone number if needed.  This will update the ‘Ship To’ details shown on the Home tab of the order record view.

NS-8665 Fixed an issue with Freight Amounts not rolling down to Order items correctly

There was a bug that was causing the sales order shipment freight amounts to not roll down to the order item resulting in negative freight amounts.  Now anytime ordered or allocated quantities are changed the freight amounts are updated as expected.
